Customs & Duties: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Lead Time: Typically 7–14 business days, though this may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and regional logistics.
3. Special Handling Note
Due to the sensitive nature of nanomaterials and sensors, shipping may be delayed if extreme weather conditions occur or if specialized protective packaging is required. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately.
Exchange & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:
The delivered product does not match the order specifications.
Manufacturing defects are identified.
The product arrives damaged due to shipping mishaps.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective or Incorrect Items: The Company will cover all return and reshipping costs.
Customer Change of Mind: Permissible only for unopened/sealed products. In this case, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fees (original shipping + return shipping).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used (due to the risk of chemical contamination or oxidation).
Custom-made solutions or specific wavelength-tuned quantum dots produced upon order.
